Join us for a complimentary networking drinksafter the close of the conference on Wednesday where the industry exhibition is being held. Network with fellow colleagues and exhibitors in a relaxed setting while enjoying a few drinks. All those booked on the Wednesday of the conference will automatically be booked for this. If you are not coming to the Wednesday of the conference but would still like to attend, please email events@aagbi.org.

 Winter Dinner Celebration

The winter dinner will take on a more relaxed feel and will be moving to the spectacular Westminster setting of the Royal Festival Hall, London's leading classical music venue located on the banks of the River Thames at the heart of the Southbank Centre. The dinner will be taking place in the Weston Roof Pavilion with stunning views over the Thames towards the Houses of Parliament. Guests will enjoy a sparkling reception followed by an informal standing dinner, allowing guest to mingle and catch up with their fellow conference attendees.

Dress code: Smart Casual

There will be no tickets issued for the dinner so if you have booked, your name will be on our list when you arrive.

 5k Fun Run

Back due to popular demand a 5K fun run will be taking place around St James’s Park and the surrounding area.

Meeting location:
Police outhouse on the corner of Birdcage Walk & Horseguards Parade - a map will be available from the AAGBI enquiries desk.
To book:
Go to the AAGBI enquiries desk before the day of the Fun Run to fill in a disclaimer form.
Cost:
There will be a discretionary donation of at least £5 per participant which will go to the Safe for Africa Campaign.

 
 
 Parent and Baby Room

Don’t miss out on informative lectures and networking with colleagues at WSM London 2018. The parent and baby room is a resource room where the lectures from the conference’s main auditorium will be streamed. This will allow you to keep up to date on the conference proceedings whilst looking after your children within the comfort of an informal setting.
